Excellent stay in a clean room with our service dog. Some hotels that accept dogs smell like dogs. BUT NOT THIS HOTEL. The room was immaculate, smelled great and was serviced daily to great standards. Awesome value for the money, Awesome location, Awesome employees!

If you wish to stay in downtown Saratoga Springs and want to walk to all the shops and restaurants, this is a great location. You can walk left from the front entrance to all the activity or you can walk right and take a quiet stroll by some of the mansions of north Broadway.

What a spectacular and stunning hotel. We really fell in love with Saratoga Springs. We attended my husband 's graduation, which took place at Saratoga City Center, and was conveniently attached to the hotel. The Hotel seemed older. Thought it would be a much fancier place being the price I paid. Would not rate this as one of the Hilton Hotels finest. The fitness center had the bare minimum of equipment and seemed very cramped in the room.

Air conditioning in my room was noisy. The hotel is very large and a lot of walking to get around. We did enjoy the food in the hotel restaurant where the service was excellent. Great location for walking Saratoga. Hotel needs some "love." My bathroom ceiling was falling down and the hotel is just old. Needs hallway carpets cleaned. The same toothpick was outside the elevator the entire length of my stay. Was not welcomed at the desk as a Hilton Honors guest. Restaurant service was fair.

I stayed at this hotel for a conference and found my room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again whether for business or leisure. It was within walking distance to all of the shops in the downtown area.

If you're going to the races at Saratoga, the Hilton, surprisingly, is one of the best deals around.
