I was horrified with this property. I was bitten several times by a bedbug. I searched the bed only to find the disgusting creature! I immediately complained and the finance manager (the manager on duty) was very helpful, genuinely concerned and professional. He did give me a room upgrade to the 4th floor. My husband and I just returned from a conference at the Saratoga Hilton. On Tuesday, November 3, we called the Housekeeping Office to have our room serviced. When we returned to our room, it sparkled, thanks to Melody. All of the staff were very gracious and friendly. The waitstaff was very professional. more

It's dirty, dark, worn and overpriced. As the other reviewer said, 'not up to Hilton standards'. They need to drop this hole from their portfolio of properties. Stay elsewhere...anywhere. more
