The good aspects of this hotel were the ease of check-in, clean and spacious rooms, and the price. The not-so-good aspect was the difficulty in finding it (on a side road off Jefferson Ave and E. Rochester is a nice quaint town and even quaint is this historical neighborhood of Pittsford whose close proximity is this hotel which is perfect for those elongated work stays in the city. The hotel is right next to a small strip mall besides being within short drive of other major malls in Rochester. Several restaurants are in close proximity too.... More

“No reason not to stay here”

Once again I was very happy with my stay while on business in Rochester. It's right down the street from a great BBQ place Sticky Lips. Clean large rooms. Recently renovated. Zach at the front desk is always the best!

“Very nice stay”

Business trip. Hotel was recently renovated and everything (sans elevator) is like new. Room was clean, wireless was fast, and the heat worked well and quietly! Plenty of local restaurants nearby. Would have been nice to have a little bit larger TV, but otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

“Highly recommended hotel!!”

One of the best accommodations my family have had in a long time. The room was very clean and well decorated. My family would not mind staying long in this place. It is definitely good for extended stay. Great housekeeping staff ever!!!

“Increditable staff & hotel”

I have been to alot of other hotels but Extended Stay Henrietta has by far been the best...the staff is awesome (Ms. Maria), grounds are well kept and rooms are exceptional. I would and have recommended this hotel to any and everyone that comes to this area. Keep up the good work.

“Home away from home!”

Newly remodeled rooms are spacious, well decorated and comfortable. Staff is freindly, helpful and compitent! Convenient location ,(right off the 390 expressway). Close to several restaurants , grocery store and Marketplace Mall. I am so satisfied with my experience here that I extended my stay! (Over 3 monthes now !)

Very impressed with this Extended Stay's renovations. Finally, VERY comfortable bed and upgraded amenities well done.Most impressed with Maria and Zach's customer service and friendliness. This particular hotel has been in need of renovation for some time, and it's good to see that this is finally been done.
