I've stayed at Hyatt Rochester many times in the past few years. The renovations made to this property were beautiful. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, and very clean! this hotel was so unclean. i was stuck in a handicap room. it looked as if no one had been in my room in months. there was a layer of dust on the headboard, spider nests in the curtains, and the bathroom light didnt work. i had to have it replaced at 2am when i checked in to my room.... more

Very comfortable bed, room was clean, first rate HDTV, very nice place to stay. Only drawback was poor water pressure in shower. The breakfast buffet was a welcome delight. more

Visited Rochester area for the first time to take Son to college. First room was dusty and had hair in the bathroom and bed area. Very, very, dusty. Once I informed the front desk the manager assisted us in changing rooms, which was roomier and much nicer. The view wasn't much in either room. Air conditioner was to be desired.... more

The hotel looks nice but the room is missing comfort items. There was no trash can in the bathroom. In the morning, I made coffee in the room, they re-stocked the coffee but not the paper cup you needed to drink it with. Bottled water is conveniently provided at $2.75 a bottle.
