Our service, and room were just fine, but we did have recurring problems accessing the Wi-Fi while there for 5 days. We had to talk to their Tech Support people on the phone, and they could get us into the system after being talked through some fixes. But that is kind of an irritant in this day and age. They...

Hi, We went to this hotel beginning of December 2011 and received a great service. We even came back on our way back since we were happy with this hotel! Nothing to complain about. We definitely recommend it.

Upon arrival, we were greeting by the front desk staff and was checked in quickly and notified of the freshly baked cookies served at 8pm in the lobby, 24hrs coffee and tea and complimentary breakfast from 6-10am in the morning. The breakfast was nothing spectacular, and the variety was nothing to write home about - pretty typical. Eggs, sausage, cereal,...

I was in town with my boyfriend for a friend's wedding, and we decided to stay here because it was a couple exits from the reception in Pittsford. I specifically chose this hotel because it was pet friendly...and it was that exactly! They even have bones in a jar at the front desk.

The Front Desk staff were very polite, helpful and enthusiastic.
The rooms were OK - the king suite was 2 standard fairly small hotel rooms with ill-fitting doors to the corridor from both rooms, which meant you heard people slamming doors etc. however each room had a bathroom which would be great for families. The rooms were also very dark....

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel on Halloween weekend. The property is located within walking distance of different restaurants but not any convenience stores. You have to drive to get to grocery stores/gas stations. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and so was the hot tub. The pool towels are teeny tiny...

Landed at this LQ as a "winning bid". Was skeptical as last LQ experience not so great. This was exact opposite. This hotel is immaculately clean, has the comfiest beds with the softest sheets. The staff was extremely professional, friendly and courteous making sure to let each guest know where all the amenities were, business center, etc. Breakfast was good...

This hotel looks fine from the outside. The breakfast was very standard and not so good. The rooms were not made up during the day and the front desk was very unsympathetic about this.
They did offer a free shuttle to the airport.

Wife and I like the La Quinta chain very much: a bit more expensive than, say, Microtel but with more creature comforts, while less expensive than, say, Hampton Inn but almost as good. This particular La Quinta combines the best of both, being a sparkling recent conversion from a Hampton, so you're getting that solid, quiet Hampton construction and room...
