The rooms are modern,clean and quiet. The staff is courteous and (quckly) reliable when needed. The Holiday Inn Manager does make extra sure, that the guests stay here is a very good one. Stayed her for business in July '09. Firstly if you have no car then theres not much within walking distance other than a pub (which was good), a pet store and an odds and ends shop. Rochester is also a bit of a dodgy area in places so you wouldn't want to venture too far on foot for that reason... more

This hotel was one of nicest I've been to in a long time. There were 6 of us, so we got a suite and it was absolutely perfect for us. Luved the showers, beds, the buffet breakfast (excellect), and the staff. Every person there was courteous and as helpful as can be. It was centrally located with eateries all around.... more

Our family was taking a flight from Rochester and decided to stay the night before the departure date. We usually stay closer to the airport but this hotel has a free shuttle although it is about a 15 minute drive, as opposed to 5 minutes for other airport hotels that we have stayed at. We arrived very late to a very courteous front desk. That same service was provided through out our stay. This Holiday Inn was a very clean well kept premise. The restaurant provided a nice breakfast. more

I have stayed at many Holiday Inns and Suites and this by far was no comparison. This was just a regular room. The hotel does not include breakfast, but if you have priorty club membership they will give it to you free. The breakfast buffet was not good. I am glad we didn't have to pay for it. We usually book with the Priority Club, but found a deal in the travel magazines put out a rest stops. The room was 84 for the night. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The indoor pool was great, cleann and nice. We enjoyed this stay and would stay again. Plenty of chain restraunts on this strip . more
