Terrific place for a get-away for my granddaughter and me before heading to the Museum of Play. Great location and quiet rooms- no highway traffic. Convenient for dining. We wanted a place with an indoor pool. Would highly recommend.

I visit hotels about 4 - 6 times per year and each year I travel to Rochester, NY in the month of June. Homewood Suites is the best hotel by far in this area! After traveling to the area for the past 10 years - I can not see myself staying anywhere else!

Overall, we couldn't ask for a nicer stay. We normally stay at Residence Inns but this will be our new go to hotel. Breakfast was excellent! It held us until dinner! The only down side was we were in room 107 and could hear people working out in the fitness center.

Extremely clean room and lobby! The room, bedding, furniture, drapes all smelled fresh! Our bed was very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows. Staff was very helpful & eager to please. Breakfast was ample & tasty. Hotel cleanliness was very satisfactory. Room was spacious & comfortable.Housekeeping girls were friendly, this is not always the case. Overall " a nice stay"

The rooms are clean and spacious; the kitchen is serviceable; the breakfast good and the price reasonable. One drawback is that the sole bathroom is only accessible from the bedroom, so if you put people up in the sofa/sleeper room, they will be trouncing through your room to go to the bathroom.

This hotel had wonderful, friendly staff...and is in a great location. The free breakfast was appreciated. We will bring our swim suits next time so we can enjoy the indoor pool. We did use the business center and liked that it was available for our use.
