Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Great rate. Room (and bathroom) was very clean...even extra towels. Easily adjusted temperature kept me comfortable all night. Didn't get to use the pool. AMAZING view Breakfast was average. Coffee was very good. Restaurant shares the same parking lot. Great food. Comfortable atmosphere.

Overall I think this is a very decent place to stay. I happened to get a bad room at the end of hall by stairwell and for some reason the doors would slam instead of closing slowly and softly. Decent hotel. A little pricey for the suite based on the quality. Free breakfast was okay, but not special. Wound stay again, but take the least expensive room. It appears you are 15 to 20 minutes from malls and nice restaurants.

I am a regular fan & customer of Holiday Inn Express brand hotels and this hotel is fine but not the best. The location is great for one night of you are passing through or working in the area.
