The room was really clean. Had microwave, refrigerator, tv..everything a budget traveler would want. Location is great, just off the I-87, close to restaurants and gas stations. Very quiet atmosphere. Breakfast in the morning was awesome, clean breakfast room, waffles, good coffee.

Best deal you can get for your buck, rooms very clean, pool excellent, continental breakfast good.Best of all really quiet, no traffic noise. 65$ + tx for a room you should'nt expect more than that. Paper thin wall, couldn't sleep because of the noise. Bed was fine, good wireless and breakfast. Nice to have a fridge in the room. Close to the Champlain center.

We were disappointed with how poorly stocked the Kitchenette was....really no dishes, cook wear and a bent fork. Rooms were clean, and otherwise it was "ok". We had stayed before in standard room and would not pay the extra for kitchen again.

A motel I've been going to for decades. Quiet, clean and inexpensive. A bit of a hassle when they are renovating but I guess that can't be helped. Close to highway and businesses, but disappointed to see the Ponderosa next door has been sold.
