Extremely clean, tidey and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was great- larger than most continental breakfasts are- had eggs, waffles, sausage, etc. Great location in the southern tier and especially convienent if you are visiting St. Bonaventure University across the way. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever come across. The rooms are priced as if it's a 4 star hotel, yet the accommodations and staff are as terrible as a 1 star hotel, or even worse, perhaps.
