The Majestic is a short walk (15 minutes) from the town centre, very clean, most of the staff are excellent, hard working and very accomodating. The pool bar guys are great as is Elena the restaurant manager who seems to be everywhere doing something! The hotel is quite smart, but 5 star, not sure......... 4 star might be more appropriate.... The Hotel is perfectly placed for a 10 minute stroll into Fira and the beautiful cliff top walk with many photo opportunities.Our room overlooked the Caldera and would recommend a first floor room.The pool offers peaceful relaxation and there are always beds and towels available.
