its a reasonably new hotel therefore the facilities are pretty good and the rooms are huge 2 bedrooms a nice kitchen. 2 baths flat screen telly's and they were reasonably clean, the kitchen had no crockery other than 2 glasses and 2 cups ... no tea coffee sugar milk or even teaspoons but a kettle ???? . We stayed at the Tortuga between 2 May and 16 May 2013. We had a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with a seaview, on the first floor. The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. There are regularly replenished toiletries and plenty of clean towels. The apartment has air conditioning, two flat screen televisions, a safe and a large balcony.... More

check in chaotic, restaurant too small more chaos, rooms are self catering apartments not a 5* hotel as listed. poor organisation by management staff try hard. food varied between ok and very disappointing
