We stayed as a couple at Migrante over Christmas 2011. We loved it. Woken by the sounds of breakfast being laid out below us at around 8.00 and serenaded by the sadly late Cessaria Evoria through early evenings and siestas. It is a guest house – but a very stylish one that feels like a boutique hotel. The beautiful and... More

We chose the Migrante as we don't like huge all inclusive resorts and had the opportunity to rent their appartment, which is situated around the corner from the guesthouse, giving on the main square of town, but offers breakfast at the guesthouse. The appartment is big and great for a family with two separate bedrooms (great beds) and two bathrooms... More

We spent 5 days in this very beautiful guesthouse 2 weeks ago, is an old colonial house, completely renovated and very well decorated. Our room had a sea view. The house is not in front of the beach, but it is only 50 meters. The beach of Estoril is only minutes away on foot. For the evening however is perfectly... More

We stayed for a few days at Migrante. The guesthouse was adequate but nothing special. It is nicely decorated in an eclectic style. Breakfast is ok, not particularly good. The manager didnot seem at all interested in giving information or making us feel welcome. We felt the rate of 90 euros was very overpriced. We stayed at much nicer rooms... More

We went here 2 weeks in February and we were so happy. It's the best place to stay. Away from the mass hotels and straight in the city centre. We stayed in the apartment which was really beautiful and very big for 2 persons. It has a great ocean view. We also saw some other rooms and they were beautiful... More

First of all, this was a great place to stay if you are visiting Boavista. In fact, given the alternatives, this is probably the best place to stay in Boavista. Not only is it a beautiful guesthouse, the room was great (if you dont mind some background noise during the day, some rooms are above the kitchen and the bar,... More

It's a nice small hotel in colonial style with rooms and suites which are beautiful equipped. If you prefer to stay in an appartment so ask for it. You can have one which is located very central, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nice living room with kitchen and a tremendous terrasse above the central park. Well, of course you have... More

We have just returned from a 2 week stay in Cape Verde of which 1 week was spent in Boa Vista staying at the Migrante Guesthouse. This has to be the most beautiful place to stay in Sal Rei and possibly even on the entire island. The rooms are full of character, warming and a delight to return to after... More

We spent three night here, and this guetshouse was just perfect.... A quiet and peaceful place where you can relax on Boa Vista. The room are really nicely decorated and breakfast is great also. Massimo was a great help for organising excursions. It is an adress that we would definitely recommend. More

We have just come back from a two week holiday in Cape Verde which included a 5 night stay at the Migrante Guest House. The house has been very tastefully refurbished in the old portuguese colonial style and is very comfortable and welcoming. There are only four rooms all set on the first floor and leading from an open air... More
