we came down with bed bugs, which turned into a bacterial infection, had to be put on steriods, oozing and contagious. do not stay here !! more

Had the misfortune of staying at this hotel with two small children and we now have about 100 BED BUG bites on us, including our eyes, face, arms, hands, shoulders, feet, legs and back. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone! more

Limited on-site parking. Guests are directed to a large multilevel parking complex a couple blocks away. There were only a few cars in this lot and at night time it felt creepy. I did not feel safe. Parking on the street overnight is not an option unless you want a ticket. Saw a man wearing a only a bathing suit... more

We stayed at this hotel for one night Fri Oct. 9th, 2009 & it was very basic but just fine. Nothing fancy but were happy and comfortable here. I would definately stay again. It was clean and offered a nice large room. If you can book it for a good price I would definately recommend!!! more

Decent room, clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast area not big enough for all the people staying at the hotel. Decent selection of breakfast items. Free shuttle across the street to the falls area, very convenient. more

Don't stay here if it's a busy time of year or wedding ect.. not enough parking for the number of rooms they have, you end up having to use parking garage 2 blocks away! The first night we checked in... We requested extra pillows and a "Do Not Disturb." Apparently , an odd request... They had neither that night. How do you not have the do not disturb sign at a hotel?
