Clean rooms and hotel in general. Beware in winter rooms are not very well insulated especially around the windows and cold air blows right on in causing the heater to run constantly. I booked online (definitely did not select a smoking room), but was given a smoking room anyway. Management absolutely refused to move us to a non-smoking room; as sleeping in a smoking room was impossible for all three in our party, I had to walk away from a pre-paid room and find another hotel to sleep in for the night. Stayed here one night back in March when I was going to a conference. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Food at the bar was good. Can't really say much about it as I was only here for a few hours, but the rooms were clean and that goes far with me. I would definitely stay here again. More

The location was perfect for my trip, however upon entering the staff was rude and the rooms were filthy. I think they need to have someone come in a clean up and spray some bus spray, i swear they have bed bugs.. More
