We were travelling to the south end of Seneca lake and struggled to find a B&B because we needed just a single night which made it difficult . “Best of the Best”

This is a great B&B in a house you have to see to believe. Great hostess, ideal location - quiet, view of waterfalls, little village to explore -- filled with fabulous furniture and artifacts from Africa, England and elsewhere. The bed and room were very comfortable, the full English Breakfast fit for a king. We'll be back!

This place deserves more than 5 stars! Everything was perfect from the beautiful house and decor to the staff! “Amazing”

From the scenery, to the attention to detail, Cook's Mansion is a gem. Make sure you get out to the veranda by the Falls, and at sunrise get up to the Widow's Peek. The owner is very friendly and personable; the breakfast wonderful. All around a fabulous find....

We stayed here for our get away and loved every minute of our stay. We arrived to a wonderful greeting and a tour, and immediately felt welcomed. The rooms were fantastic and the English breakfast along with the hospitality was amazing! I would recommend anyone to stay here.

What a wonderful find...a beautifully restored historical mansion in a lovely setting, warm and friendly hosts, delicious English breakfasts, a short walk to the Montour Falls downtown, only 10 minutes to the Watkins Glen raceway. We highly recommend it! Carol K
