This is a fantastic place for a quiet retreat or a family holyday. The place gives you a feeling of a home away from home. The surrounding are spectacular, as well as the lodge itself. This place is fantastic. The new main lodge is stunning, classic; no rustic kitsch to be seen. And yet the hotel feels and looks very much a part of its setting, the Adirondacks.
