My experience with this hotel is that it was clean, staff friendly and everything OK. I am surprised to read the previous reviews how terrible it is. The hotel charged an extra $10 to the one day stay in the credit/debit card which was not included on the bill provided upon departure. When I called, they claim that the signature document when you arrive indicates such charge. No copy of such charge was provided to me. Pick up from JFK was free of charge and runs hourly. Room was small but well appointed with extremely comfortable king sized bed and down filled duvet. Breakfast (included in nightly rate) included cereal, omelettes, sausage burgers, waffles with maple syrup, toast, doughnuts, pastries, fruit et etc. Shuttle back to the airport was also free for onward travel into NYC.... more
