“Very Nice Stay”

This hotel just went through a major reface. Has some nice old world charm with a modern touch. My stay was really good. The staff was helpful and caring. They accommodated my requests pretty fast. The rooms are really nice, with all new furnishings. Over all I had a good experience. More

Checked in at 10pm after a long flight from Tokyo and was given a room that still had the remnants from the last guests still in the room. Dirty towels on the floor, dirty sheets still on the bed. McDonald's still on the bedside table. No instructions in the room for any amenities or guest services. Most of the television... More
