I've stayed here off and on for the past 15 years and very, very little has changed. I recently spent several nights here. It is badly in need of a substantial refreshing. Perhaps with the Hilton opening downtown, the Holiday Inn people will finally feel the need to do some much needed work. Overpriced for what you get. More

Very friendly staff. Max's bar is so convenient. Great Burgers & Wings. Excellent breafast. Walking distance to center of town. Well worth the price. Not to many bars within hotels in Ithaca. More

This hotel was decent and the staff was nice. My bathroom was beyond worn, with cracked vanity marble and bad lighting. This is in a neat area of town with lots of shops and eateries within walking distance. The Internet is also spotty so probably not the best choice for business travelers. More

My son and I stayed here when we toured SUNY New Paltz, Syracuse and Ithaca College. Really fun to walk into town from the hotel and not have to worry about parking. Had tiks to see Gillian Welch at the State theater - 1 block or so down the street! Clean. Help was helpful. More
