A delightful welcome at Home B&B, Shelly our host has a wonderful amount of local kowledge with a willing enthuasism to share and help as much of as little as you require. The B&B is well placed within easy walking of the charming old town centre. The roof terrace is an idylic space and provides great rooftop views. The city... More

Home is an excellent choice for reasonable, comfortable accommodation in a great location. It is on a relatively quiet road, but less than 5 minutes walk from the central plazas. Rooms are clean and bright. Although relatively modest, accommodation is perfectly adequate, and I doubt you’ll find anything of comparable value in central Queretaro. Shelley is able to provide all... More

Shelley will make you feel at "home" well before you arrive. She had tips for day trips and travel advice a day or so after booking (just ask; she's knows the city well and happy to help). I'd originally requested the "cowboy" room but Shelley suggested I take the "butterfly terrace," which was a favorite (small, quaint room by itself... More

I could not recommend this b and B more strongly. It is spotless, central and the owner could not have been kinde,r letting me leave my luggage while I went away for a few days. I did not sample her food, as I was pushed for time to see the town and wanted to get out before breakfast at 8.30.... More

My wife, nephew and I stayed at "Home" for 3 nights during cool nights and rainy days. (Unusual for the city). Shelley gave us some history about the city and the main restaurants that she would recommend. We decided to look for some food at night since we were hungry and it had been a long day without food. Shelley... More

My wife and I stayed at this B&B for two nights in November. The location is terrific, only a couple of blocks from the main Historic Center attractions. The breakfasts were more than the ususal fare - with Argentine sauages and excellent coffee. Shelley, the host, was attentive and thoughtful. She walked us to the nearby Sunday mercado and advised... The Bed and Breakfast is a great place to stay, very well situated, quite, clean and with the best breakfast you can find all over Mexico, thanks to the great chef Shelly. She is also very kind and helpful. We wished we could stay even longer...

We had a fantastic experience in Queretaro this past August. We came across HOME on the internet and loved the pictures, so we emailed for information. Shelley, our hostess, was super gracious and helpful from the first email to the day we departed. We felt completely at home, and Shelley's chef-grade cooking (she used to be a chef, really) made... Shelly's HOME B & B is now my favorite place to stay in Queretaro. This capital city is expensive for hotels and restaurants, but HOME is very economical and the breakfasts were fabulous. HOME's central location is perfect for walking everywhere. The free, secure, on-site parking was convenient and the immaculate rooms were delightful.

I just spent 4 nights at Home using a different room this time and as always I was very comfortable. The breakfasts varied everyday and left me very satisfied until the hour of comida. The Wireless service is always available and has improved since the last time I stayed there; iImprovements are ongoing at home. And the owner always has... More
