As the city was full for the World Cup Junior´s soccor tournament, I had to seek another place to stay in Queretaro and this hotel was fine. The staff are very friendly, the price is right, and the location is good.

Although the Lonely Planet guide suggests this hotel I would not recommend it. The bed sheets were clean but towels had holes in them, the shower was broken and cold and the beds extremely uncomfortable. There was also a strange odour in the closet and the hotel felt unsafe at night. The service was fairly good.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We paid $45 for a junior suite. It had a comfortable king-size bed, a walk-in closet with a light and really hot water.
