Stayed here for one night with the kids. We asked for the largest room; it had two double beds, very comfortable, and a small room, with no windows (not very nice, but good for storing luggage). The bathroom was lovely and spacious; shower was vast. It's a very small property, but it has a nice interior courtyard with a heated... More

A bunch of us came out from the UK for a wedding, and our 11-night stay at this hotel was as near to perfect as you could get! The entire hotel is beautifully clean, and the staff are fantastic: very friendly and always responded positively and very pleasantly. It is situated a 5-minute walk from the centre of town and... We stayed for 4 nights in Room #9. The room was billed a master suite although it was more of a hotel room. A suite to me indicates a sitting area which this didn't have. We had a large sunken washroom and king bed. The inclusive breakfast was very nice - we had it on the patio each day. The... More

We have enjoyed a great stay, at the Quinta Rio, during an unseasonable cold weekend. The facilities and staff made us feel warm. Quinta Rio offers great experience for those looking for a quick escape from noise and traffic of Mexico City.

We stayed four nights at this very nice hotel. The room was well-laid out and clean. The bathroom was the same, although a little small (we stayed in a basic room). There is a nice courtyard with tables, a small pool and lounge chairs, where we ate the complimentary breakfast of fruit, pastries, fresh orange juice and coffee every morning.... More

We stayed for two days in the middle of an exhausting trip, and everything was perfect. The staff was most friendly and helpful, the rooms were beautiful, the restaurant was fantastic. They accommodated every request. Free continental breakfast delivered to your room, fresh fruit, bread and coffee. Excellent TV, plenty of towels, hot water. Nice and quiet even though it... More

We stayed 3 nights at Quinta Rio, and all of the were wonderful. All the staff was extremely accomodating. On the first night, what looked like the owner, showed us how to get to the main squares, and assured us about the security and safety of the city and the hotel. My two boys truly enjoyed the warm pool every... More

The hotel is new, spotless, and small (only 15 rooms/suites). My thumbs up/thumbs down assessment: *Thumbs down* - While our room was advertised as a "standard suite" it was actually a room, and a small one at that. - We stayed there in late December 2010. Temperature at night was in the 30s, but our room had no heating/heater. It... More
