So close to Etosha park and the guides that come and take you around Etosha from here are very good. Seems to be a bit of a large (often German) tour group type of place - and a bit hopeless for veggies food wise - REALLY hopeless . !! Service a bit variable, such a chore getting tea/coffee at breakfast... More

okay, first things first. if you're expecting the levels of five star luxury that kempinski habitually provides in europe, you maybe a little disappointed. mokuti is deep in the bush and, with that, there are inevitable challenges. it is an exceptional property, make no mistake, and service levels are high. the general manager, chris, is also exceptional - he's a... We were looking forward to stay at the Mokuti Lodge, as we had stayed there already before, when it was still under Namibian management. We were very disappointed. When you take a really nice African lodge and turn it into a “business hotel” like Kempinski, you should at least get your standard right. To just change the name, delete all... More

The location of this lodge is great...so close to the Etosha gate. We booked two game drives through the lodge. They were very good with a knowledgable driver. The rooms were clean and rustic. The food was good and the grounds were beautiful. We liked the availability of a family suite with two large bedrooms separated by a central bathroom.... More

We stayed 3 nights due to its location to Etosha National Park. Having stayed in Kempinski Hotels throughout Europe and the Middle East and this was our first experience of a Kempinski in Africa. The experience was disappointing with the website and literature at the hotel misrepresented what was reality. We booked an Etosha Suite and were taken to our... More

Spotlessly clean to the point of almost being clinical. Lacks little atmosphere that would let one know that you were actually in Africa other than the hartebeest in the grounds. I was part of a tour group and our evening meals were a barbecue style offering tastes of local bush meat such as kudu, springbok, and ostrich, though it was not... More

We spent a couple of nights here to use as a base for exploring the southern side of the Etosha as we found the park camp too expensive for foreigners. I know it was out of season as everyone was in South Africa for the world cup but this huge hotel was nearly empty - it was spooky. The staff... More

A long way from Windhoek but well worth the effort! Lodge situated about 20m from the Etosha gate so easy access, in your own car if you prefer, to the abundant game. Booked a superior room but were upgraded to a suite on arrival. Suite rooms are magnificent with their own private gardens - ours was quite a walk from... More

Located just outside Etosha's Namutoni gate, beautiful lodge with beautifully cared for gardens. Excellent service and food. Rooms need some refurbishment. More
