Don't come here for the food - its not their specialty. The guided walks through Naukluft and the dunes are exceptional (especially with Angula our guide) and the staff hospitality is among the most genuine and warm I've experienced. Our view of the green desert from hut #1 was stunning. more

The staff were very warm and friendly and the setting is really spectacular. The food unfortunately was below our expectations and when we were there it had been raining so moths getting in the room at night was an issue. Also huge kamikaze grasshoppers would fly at you and cling to your clothes. The dunes were amazing though. more

Stayed at this camp for 3 nights. It's in the spectacular setting of Sossusvlei Desert region. There were 9 bungalows, each with a good sized deck area and a small plunge pool. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Sitting out on the deck to view the sunrise and sunsets was truly special. It's one of the most serene places... more
