The staff is very accommodating. Which I value highly. Heavy rains during my stay. The parking lot needs better drainage in two areas.

Room were disappointing-carpets stained and dirty, bed kind of stiff, AC unit noisy and mini fridge did not work but was rattling (had to unplug it)! The staff was nice at the front desk. But we were frustrated with our TV that only had four channels that were clear. We asked the front desk to take care of it while we went to a wedding when we came back nothing was done. We called the front desk and mentioned theTV again, yet again nothing was done.... More
