I do not trust the man who owns these properties at all. Be careful he owns 3 properties on Grand Island, NY in Western New York. The properties look good, but he is distrustful. This private home is located in a middle-class neighborhood, not a resort area. It has a significant amount of frontage on the river and, although there are neighbors, trees and plantings make the yard and beach areas seem somewhat private. Large home right on the Niagara River. The photos on the Niagara River Inn site accurately depict the comforts this house has to offer. The Niagara River Inn site does not state (where I could find) that the owner resides in a lower floor apartment beneath the main house. We did not realize this until we thoroughly read the contract.... More
