Saw previous reviews after I booked for 1 night on business in Middletown. Found hotel to be clean,well maintained,& quiet. Bathroom very clean & spacious.Bed comfortable.Staff I had contact with were friendly&helpful.Nice free breakfast in the AM saved time on way to early meeting.Property well kept.Would not hesitate to stay again !!! The staff at this hotel is incredibly rude. The general manager was completely uncooperative and certainly did not treat us like guests. Cheap in every way. Threadbare sheets, dirty pillows, a chair I wouldn't sit on with a towel on it (looked like it had bedbugs), housekeeping at 3PM if at all, nasty, loose cannon screaming general manager in a sweatshirt at the desk.
