Stayed for one night. Hotel well situated for what we were doing. Room was very nice and, we felt, very good quality for the price. The big disappointment was breakfast. Hotel was amazing, yes work going on, but is of beautiful decor,clean, staff were excellent & helpful. will definately recommend to others & go back again. Very nice peaceful area.

Had deluxe room! Newly refurbished clean! Was only there for two nights! Toileteries were not replenished! In close proximity to Staines and bus to Alton towers! Breakfast included was average not a huge choice but did the job!

My colleagues and I stayed here in April 2012. The Hotel Staff were very polite and friendly. My room was spacious (book Room 208 if available), clean and furnished to a good standard. Easy walkable distance to the town centre with a great shopping centre and plenty of eateries to choose from.
