Came to Spa Elan at Woodcliff on Valentine's weekend. The spa lounge area was like a mini penthouse making you feel like a VIP. Had the Swedish massage treatment and received very helpful tips and advice on problem areas from Michael. I came away feel refreshed. Look forward to returning.

My girlfriends and I have stayed at the Woodcliff 2 years in a row. We live in Rochester and we do a spa getaway. It is such a wonderful place and the spa is terrific!!! The suite is beautiful and the staff is WONDERFULL ....I can't wait to go again...

We've stayed at the Woodcliff over several years, and it's been only the last two fairly recent visits that have caused us concern. Otherwise this would have been an Excellent rating. I have stayed at the Woodcliff over the past 20 years many times as well as housed business associates there however the quality of customer service has changed significantly! Yay - the bathrooms have been upgraded to granite with full tub size granite showers. Very nice. Woodcliff is a great property and we always have a good experience - from suites to rooms. Staff is very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend Woodcliff to anyone looking to stay on the East side of Rochester.
