We arrived after a long drive. The front desk could not have been more helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and the wi-fi worked perfectly. Standard Hampton Inn quality and service - very pleasant stay all around. The gym is pretty nice and the location is pretty good. Hotels in this area (Carrier Circle/Collamer Road) are removed from downtown Syracuse, but a mere 15 minute drive to anything you need to get to. I plan on staying here in the future. more
