I don't think we ever walked into a Hilton and everything wasn't perfect. We were promptly greeted and upgraded to a suite (Hilton Honors). The staff was very polite and excited to help us. I stay here often, it's my port in the storm when the weather is bad or my flight gets in late and I am not awake enough to make the 90 minute drive home. The staff is always friendly and the rooms comfortable and clean. You will find a remarkable bar, the Wild Goose Pub, and and good food.

Checked in at 945pm after flying into Syarcuse. The room was sooooo smokey. My eyes were burning it was so bad. I don't know how housekeeping did not noticed. I called the front desk and it was 25 minutes before they could get me a new room. I was not to happy to sit in that room for that long,...

Great hotel, my room was squeaky clean and spacious. Free WiFi, free coffee in the morning. All the staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was $10 with excellent pastries and OK omelettes. Beds are comfy. Well stocked snack bar and Kiosk.

Great rate from the Hilton site for $127 which included breakfast. All staff very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were clean and spacious with microwave and fridge. Free wifi with very high speed. Pool and hot tub clean and functioning.
The breakfast is only offered on the weekend. It is made to order... whatever you want. Omelettes, eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage...
