Delivered on what was promised. A short walk from a beautiful beach, the gourmet breakfast was delicious, the master suite was elegant. The owners were very pleasant and very helpful. The surrounding Towns were a great place to visit while we were there even during the off season. Great restaurants!!

The moment we pulled up we knew it was going to be a memorable weekend. We truly can not wait to go back. When we met the Innkeepers we instantly felt like family. The house is wonderful, warmly decorated, quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was Delicious. We could go on and on. Just book!

This B&B is so beautifully kept and the owners are fantastic. Wineries are abundant, and the water is just a few steps away. The fall is the prettiest time of year. The house is so tastfully done, down to every nook and cranny. Can't wait to come back!!!

Lovely inn that is just short drive from Orient Point and downtown Greenport and vineyards. We recently spent a beautiful day at this lovely B & B. The location near the LI Sound is perfect and the breakfast was yummy!

We enjoyed enjoyed every moment of our three night stay. Firstly, the location could not be any better to enjoy the North Fork.
