I stayed at the Red Ranch for two nights with a friend. It is good value and our room was spacious and clean. The restaurant next door does a good value breakfast special on Saturdays, but otherwise we found it a bit pricey and not all that good. I recommend going elsewhere for meals other than breakfast. Seems clean, and has some 1970s charm. But smells strongly of air freshener - took 3 days and two showers to get the truck stop bathroom smell off of my skin. Yuck! I guess they blast you with that stuff to cover the mildew smell. Wait, did I say clean?... Needs work. More

This is a family owned, non-chain motel. The owners live on the premises and keep the place very nicely maintained. It is open spring through fall only.
