Staff is really great at this hotel. We came in in the middle of the night and they were friendly and helpful, even called the room and made sure we were happy with everything. Day staff was just as nice. Room was clean and quiet.

In the midst of winter got exiled to the carpet-less pet-friendly rooms because of our little dog. There was no microwave in the room but was charged for having one - spoke to management, they settled on refunding 20%. after 3 weeks still awaiting reimbursement check in the mail. Will definitely not be staying there again.
