This used to be our favorite place to stay because of the amenities. The past few years we have noticed the units are falling apart and in much need of improvements. Don't stay in a lower unit or you will hear people walking around above you. Floors/ceilings squeak terribly. They also allow too many people to stay in one unit.... More

My family and I stayed here just this past weekend. Beautiful area but the condo was very outdated. Carpet was probably from the 70s. Needs fixing up. Crack in bathroom shower, mirror was nasty. dishes were nasty. The pull out sofa sleeper mattress was stained and flat I did not get my money's worth!

This place was the most gorgeous, that i have ever stayed in. The views are absolutely wonderful, and the service is second to none. i really enjoyed my time here, and I would recomend it to anyone visiting Ruidoso, NM.
