Rooms are clean, breakfast is good, but staff at registration desk were more interested in making their own appointments for a massage than registering their guests or asking if their guests have any questions before turning away after handing the key over. more

My wife and I were more than pleased. The room is not fancy but was large, neat and clean, no signs of wear. High speed wireless internet was free and worked without any problems. The King Studio Suite had a kitchenette with a full size fridge, 2 burner stove top, dishwasher and microwave. Really great for longer stays. The bed... more

I called on Sunday morning and spoke with a reservation agent. I asked if a suite was available for 3 nights starting Monday. I was traveling with my sister and 2 children. We checked in on Monday and the room hot (at least 90 degrees when we arrived) and in need of renovation. The couch cushions were stained and there... more

Our company booked a summer party at this hotel over a month ago for approximately sixty (60) people. The hotel caterer etc. was paid for in advance and rooms were booked by most of the attendees since it is a 70 mile drive to the hotel. They just called today, "three days prior" and told our planner that they had... more

We stayed at the Lodge at Sierra Blanca for three nights over the 4th of July weekend. We opted for a one bedroom suite. It was very spacious and great for the kids. The king bed was very comfortable. The suite we were in was isolated from the rest of the hotel building with no neighbors, so it was super... more

We had a great time and were very happy with our stay here. Location is ideal, beatiful landscape, lots of parking, super quite. Balcony was the perfect spot for enjoying cool nightime air. We left the door of the balcony open most of the night and felt very safe (3rd story). The fireplace in the living room created a very... more

We stayed at the Lodge June 5th and 6th and had a wonderful time. We attended a wedding there at the hotel and the staff put on such a wonderful presentation. New Managment has recently taken over and let me tell you it really does show improvement. Beautiful clean rooms and georgous views all over. I would reccomend to anyone,... more

Stopped into Ruidoso on a whim and ended up at The Lodge at Sierra Blanca. The location is nice - good views. We opted for the one bedroom king suite and the room is fairly nice. There was a fireplace and balcony in the "living room, a kitchenette, and a decent sized bedroom with a king bed. The TV in... more

Rooms are spacious! Just enough room for parents and kids to have privacy. Indoor pool and hot tub-- great! This is not a hotel, it is a resort! Very nice, beautiful close to Ski Apache and the town of Ruidoso. Perfect spot. Breakfast is better than anything you would get at a hotel. Fireplace in rooms, balcony..... just great! more
