We stopped at this hotel for one night on the road. It was a good value for the price. The hotel had amenities that you might not expect (refrigerator and microwave) for the price. The motel was also pet friendly.

We were traveling by car, with very spotty cell coverage, and using the hotels.com link through TripAdvisor.com was taking way too much time. Both the fact that it was a holiday and that the cell service was bad, made sitting on "hold" impossible. I called the hotel directly.
Although hey were swamped too, the desk clerk promised to phone me...

I to stayed at back of hotel, and maybe b/c I am from chicago and train tracks were across the street, that didn't bother me at all..bring earplugs when traveling anyway. I will say this about hotel. Staff very friendly, and this has been by far the most convenient motel. I appreciated the on site laundry facilities. The room has...

The Red Roof is a recently renovated property. The room we had was very nice, modern lamps, comfortable beds, a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was OK but more of a snack. The staff was fine. That was the good. The bad concerns the location of the property. All night long we heard trains rumbling through. The building vibrates with...

We found this hotel in one of the hotel coupon travel books. We chose it because of the price and location which was conventiently located right off Hwy 40, so we were not really expecting much. It was later in the evening so we could not really tell much from the outside, but once we entered the room, we were...

We got a nice pull-up room on 1st floor. It had coffee maker, microwave, fridge (no freezer). The Internet had wired/wireless option and worked very well. As for noise from trains, no big deal, and every place in town is near the tracks. Nice wrap around computer desk that can be used for both PC and dinner table. Nice touch....

Stayed here a couple of times, first time we were told that because we used a coupon, that we did not qualify for a downstairs room. I explained that we were travelling with a person who was partially disabled and had problems getting up stairs. The management stated that it would be a higher price for a downstairs room as...

clean, spacious, bed not bad at all for American standards (meaning not as soft as I've encountered in other hotels), good wifi, laundry services 24h, nice polite helpful receptionist. Yes it is close to the train tracks and trains make noise. If you're going to moan about that don't stay in Gallup.

My husband and i are from Australia and have been travelling around america for 4 weeks, and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Since this is the cheapest hotel we have stayed in along the way we were surprised to find it so nice. The room is very clean and spacious and the bed was...
