It would take me days to write all the reasons I loved the Chocolate Turtle, so let me just say everything you've read already is right on and go see it for yourself! Nancy and Dallas have earned every ounce of praise they've received and more. more

This was the first time my sister and I had traveled to New Mexico and stayed at The Chocolate Turtle. With its mountain view, garden, interior decor and the warm welcome we received from Nancy and Dallas, it certainly won't be our last. We felt like we were visiting friends who were there with restaurant recommendations (excellent choices), directions (we... more

We spent three nights at the Chocolate Turtle during the annual International Balloon Festival and highly recommend it. The B and B is an adobe home tastefully decorated in a quiet and convenient section of Albuquerque within short distances of many tourist attractions and conveniently located for the Balloon Festival. It is a short drive from exit 233 on Interstate... more

The Chocolate Turtle has the best of everything - Dallas and Nancy are gracious hosts, very helpful in recommending restaurants and activities. Corrales is a lovely town away from the big city atmosphere of Albuquerque. The rooms were comfortable and colorfully decorated. Best of all was the wonderful garden where we enjoyed delicious patio breakfasts and great conversations. more

The ambiance is warm and inviting which is only surpassed by the graciousness of the owners. They took extra care to educate us on the area and when we needed some emergency assistance after we left, they were more than willing to help us out. The room was comfortable and so quiet on the interior and also outside - we... more
