We arrived to this beautiful place in a desert landscape tired from a day of hiking and driving. But we were immediately rejuvenated when we were greeted by the gracious host Ava and her friend Margarite. They showed us to a lovely room with an enormous king-size bed and a large well-equiped bathroom. The house was filled with beautiful antique furniture and native American artifacts. Our stay included a wholesome homemade dinner (including delicious key lime pie for desert) and breakfast prepared to our liking. Ava and Margarite made us feel so comfortable and we
enjoyed hearing about their experiences in the SouthWest.
We had a great stay and the opportunity to meet two inspiring women.
