We stayed in the Henry Hotel as part of a package tour including the Mekong Delta and Phu Quoc Island so the operator booked the hotel. It was not a good place to stay, nobody spoke any English, the water in the bathroom was turned off and when we turned it on we found out why, it absolutely stank of... More

Currently staying here visiting local family. Room amenities are basic. Unlike the lower standard places, the room has a tub and shower. Next level down and you just get a water spray in a large room with a drain. Local custom is to keep your passport/visa while you're here. A bit unnerving, but staff are very honest. We had coffee... A stop off point between Phu Quoc Island and the mainland Mekong Delta when taking the ferry. The hotel was chosen by a local travel agent and we were skeptical based on TA reviews. But the room was spacious, bright and clean, with a big bathroom and great hot shower. Staff don't speak much English but can point you toward... More

Booked for us by an agency it probably wasn't one we would have chosen ourselves. It is built in an expansion area where not much else has expanded. A good walk away from the town centre. We had a reasonable sized room but with no windows. No local maps available at the reception and couldn't get instructions on how to... More

My partner and I stayed in a Deluxe Double Bed Room for one night. The room was clean, modern and comfortable (although the windows could do with a clean and there was some mildew around the bath) and the staff were friendly and helpful, even though most staff had no English. We had a room with a very small balcony... More

If you stay here, request one of the larger rooms, as the smaller ones are very, very tight. The beds are hard and the pillows equally as hard, which wasn't a major issue, however, the music from the Karoke bars across the street went well into the wee hours of the morning made it impossible to sleep. We tried to... More

Cockroaches and wide open window to see you showering. Rock hard beds and rock hard pillows. Only thing that was nice was the A/C a night. Don't stay here.

I stayed at both this hotel and its sister hotel (Linda) that's right across the street. I guess if you HAD to stay at a hotel, this is one of the better options because it's so "new"...but I personally wouldn't stay here again...problems: 1) Room was not cleaned after the first night, so we had to call them for new... This is a new hotel and consequently smart, modern and well presented. Our room at $35/night was excellent value - adequate space, most modern bathroom we've encountered thus far, effective and remarkably quiet air conditioning, and helpful staff, though their command of English was limited. Breakfast at the adjoining restaurant, also new and well appointed, was satisfactory. The hotel is... More
