A special resort in Phu Quoc.... The owners, Regis and Marie, make guests feel at home in this beautiful tropical paradise. One should expect beautiful views, stunning sunsets, a nice clean beach, decent comfortable rooms, great food, great company, and some cool music at the beach bar. Warning ... it's a bit different from regular hotels.... no pool, no fitness... More

Thank you for your comments. Music was even better since you brought your guitar. Listening to some live Blues around sunset time is an incredible treat. Thanks again... Regis More

Everything said in previous reviews is true. If we were to come to S Vietnam again we'd definitely come here. Move fast cos Phu Quoc is changing fast and places like Bo Resort are gradually disappearing....worldwide. A real gem.

We spent the Easter week-end at the resort and it was very relaxing. The location is excellent, on a nice private beach on the West coast of Phu Quoc. The sea is just perfectly calm, no big waves and smooth sand (just a few rocks, easily avoidable). The food was delicious, especially the raw fish Phu Quoc style( like a... More

I stayed at Bo for three nights in March and very much enjoyed my time there. It's in a secluded spot very close to Freedomland and Mango Bay in the north west of the island. Bungalows are set on a jungle like hill, with everything else on the beach. The beach directly in front of the bar etc is a... More

We stayed at Bo Resort for 4 nights at the end of a two week trip to Southern Vietnam, and it couldn't have been more perfect. Bo Resort is the vision of Marie and Regis, and they have it exactly right. Simple, rustic huts are set in beautifully tended jungle and gardens, spaced out so guests have space and privacy,... More

we enjoyed a beautifully designed and spacious bungalow in the midst of a lucious garden, the 4km long private bo resort beach was only a few steps away for jogging and snorkeling, divers and snorklers got picked up there for group trips farther out; team, service and food were very good (can walk to sakura restaurant nearby for great and... I stayed at Bo Resort in January 2010 and had a lovely stay. At first, I was surprised the cabin is open air and worried about the mosquitoes. But every afternoon, the staff undo the mosquito net on your bed and light coils-very nice touch! It's amazing to listen to the night sounds of the jungle and then wake up,... More

Beautiful white sandy beach and a charming and friendly host and hostess, Regis and Marie. The food was quite delicious, prices similar to Ha Noi. There's a wide range of choice including chicken, beef and pork with a small vegetarian selection. Some people have complained about bugs in the bungalows, this is because they are integrated into the jungle setting;... More

Very nice and comfortable bungalows. The beach is just splendid. The food was very very good and the staff kind and helpful. The resort is quite isolated and very quiet so it was a great place to relax and forget the rest of the world. Don't go there if your idea of holiday is CNN, jet sky and banana boat.... More

Thank you for your comments. In a few words, you got it exactly right: "Forget the rest of the world". Nowadays this can be pretty refreshing... You can still stay connected by wifi though, if you wish... Some people just need to check their emails every day, or prepare the rest of their trip. They don't need to go to... More

We stayed for five nights at Bo resort. The location is just amazing right on a beautiful beach, clean sand crystal clear waters. Good and varied snorkelling right off the beach . Bungalows are comfortable, clean and spacious. Could do with softer mattresses. However, it is the food that makes the place worth it. Without a doubt the best we... More

Well, thank you for your comments! It is good to see that some people take the time to express their satisfaction. Most of the time, people only write when do not like. I do not want to answer only to those people and want to take some time also to answer to guests who have appreciated our place. After all,... More
