We have stayed at this hotel twice. it is certainly no frills but we love the location, beach front and great no frills bungalows. we normally paid only about $50 p/night. it does have a pool but no other amenities. there are heaps of new big flash hotels popping up on phu quoc but the owner of tropicana is lovely... more

I would not really recommend this place as a mid-range hotel. We paid $35 (it was low season), but it is priced over $50 in the high season, taking it firmly into the mid-range level for Vietnam.
