The first disagreement was them requiring my Thai wifes I.D. card held at the security gate. This can be a major identity theft security problem, we agreed the first night but absolutely refused afterwards. We stayed with my parents and our 2 year old son. The rooms were OK, comfortable. Although things such as the towels in the bathroom looked as though they had been in use for 20 years.
