Comfortable and tasteful rooms with a eye for beauty and detail. Lovely garden setting full of birds. Michel and Henk are hospitable and helpful owners. Great location. Good value for money. We will definitely be back on our next trip to the Cape!

The property is in the city center, but in a quiet area, you have a wonderful garden and all comforts you could need. The owners were so welcoming and just really good people. The rooms were well decorated and comfortable. They really do think of everything too- with the homemade bath salts, laundry bags, bubble bath, CDs, movies, etc. etc. Should we talk about their cuisine? A-maz-ing!!! Don't miss out on the food.

We recently stayed at the Augusta De Mist in Swellendam and enjoyed the place tremendously. It is a very cosy place, and is in stark contrast to the Swellendam you see if you just pass it on N2. A perfect stop over between PE and Cape Town.
