I felt welcomed from the very moment I walked thru the door. The front desk staff was able to answer all of my questions and they even took the time to print me out directions to a wedding we were going to. Just an OK chain hotel. The shower needed updating. The tiles were buckling and the grout was moldy. The mattress sagged badly in the "common spot".

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Great breakfast served with ample time to enjoy. The location was great for us and the Bennagin's was a plus. Wish we could have stayed longer.

It rained here for 2 days while here and front desk clerk promptly provided the yes answer to a request for late check out. Now, my family can sit by the pool and extra hour and half before our 7 hour trip! CLEAN, CLEAN! Breakfast is good, 4 towels in room would of been better, but I always stay here... More

Stayed for one night , arrived late and was accommodated by a very nice young man , the room was spotless and breakfast was included in the nightly rate ! Check out was fast and clerk was very nice and asked if everything was well with our stay . GREAT Value .

hotel is wonderful, staff is great!!, but what isn't great is the management. Very rude general manager. She is loud and very nasty to guests, and even yells at her employees in front of guests!! Other than that, a beautiful hotel!!!
