not a great choice if you are stranded at Newark NJ airport. Unclear directions about how to find the hotel shuttle, shabby, odorous room, blaring lobby music at 6 am Only 2 shuttles per hour makes for inconvenience and waiting.

Dear “poor port in a storm”, thank you for your opinion, it is very disappointing to not meet a guest’s expectations. The hotel’s complimentary shuttle operates every 30-minutes and picks up and drops off from the hotel to the P4 Newark Airport Air Train station. nice room but had to walk past the general laundry and cleaning staff areas to get to it. however comfortable bed food in restaurant was not as good as I would have expected but the shop and snacks bar was usefull

I stayed in February at that Location thru Priceline. The Hotels Location was good, near the Outlet and not far to get into NYC thru the Tunnel.
