The worst customer service ever. The front desk staff was RUDE! I have never been spoken to in the manner they used. It was much like a parent scolding a child. As if I had done something wrong by asking questions about my charges. more

Promised Wifi didn't exist. Very mediocre room. The kicker was having to pay fifteen dollars for the privilege of parking in the hotel parking lot. more

We needed an airport hotel for an overnight stay before taking an early transatlantic flight and were not disappointed! US$59+tax for a room which comfortably slept 4 of us was a real bargain. Staff misguided us into having a pricey breakfast in a restaurant in the hotel building. They also misguided us again into buying Internet time and then telling us that the connected printer does not work. May be its the style in hotels around EWR airport, but the staff was lacking basic courtsey, smile and a helping attitude towards customers. more

This hotel was very nice and close to the airport. The only downside is it takes a long time to catch the free shuttle back to the hotel from the airport. more

Took an hour from the time we got to the hotel pickup location to actually get to the hotel. Internet was very slow. Woke up in the morning to our view...of the Northern State Prison!
