We spent one night at Cedars and Beeches and it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were immaculate, the service was very accomodating, and Kosher products for breakfast made it a true find. It's only an hour from Brooklyn yet it seems like a different world. One night here recharged my batteries for another day in Brooklyn.
