I stayed here sort of last minute when I had to go to a family funeral in New Jersey. Since the occasion of my trip was not the best, I may be biased in my feelings about this hotel. However, I travel frequently and this was the worst hotel I've stayed in, in over four years of regular travel. That... more

Had a one night stay here and can recommend this motel. it is a nice place. Drawbacks are location and ability to get out and get back for something to eat. Otherwise, a well run place, that is quiet, comfortable, and clean. Be in the right lane as you approach this motel or you will miss it. One entrance, one... more

We went for 4 days in may at this hotel and we really had a great time in new york. The hotel was clean, the clerks were always willing to help, the breakfast was fine (the waffles machine is incredible!). The location was just great for us. We drove there and the hotel was just at the exit of the... more

Me and my girlfriend went to New York, to see the Blue Jays (go jays), play the Yankees (last year for Yankee stadium), and go see the sights. After looking on the net, I picked this hotel because the price was right and it looked like a nice hotel. I wanted a suite but there were none available, so I... more

The point of staying at a hotel in this area for us is that it's right near the ramp to the George Washington Bridge and is a great way to keep costs down if you're visiting NYC. We go to the theatre often in NYC so we stay at a Ft. Lee hotel, drive into the city in the early... more

Reserved a non-smoking room through the Best Western site - and had the reservation printout which showed that. Arrived to be told that the BEST WESTERN computer had misidentified the reservation to the hotel. Although they had a non-smoking suite available, the hotel refused to honor its own mistake and would only offer that room a 30% premium (at 2am,... more

I originally thought I had booked this hotel in a different location in Fort Lee. When I mapped where it was during the day I was to check in, I was shocked and nervous when I saw it was on Rt. 4. What kind of hotel did I book right off the highway across from NYC??!! How can I bring... more

Booked because of price and convenience to New York City. Though right off the highway, rooms were surprisingly pleasant and staff was friendly and helpful on how to get into Manhattan. Price is adequate for area and extremely lower than Manhattan. Would stay here again. more

I booked a non-smoking room with a queen sized bed + sofa bed for $115/night and my brother also booked the same type of room for $118/night. When we arrived on 9/1 at 11:50PM, the clerk told us that they had already given away our rooms because we did not check in by 6 PM. In my confirmation e-mail, nowhere... more

Stayed for 2 nights while on business in the NYC area. although the property is close to a busy highway, I did not notice the noise from my room. Everything was clean and organized. I would definitely stay here again. more
