this was the worst hotel ever . The water did not drain. I have been here for about an hour and the room is still freezing. The sheets were stained. And we called to fix our heater, and the guy came yelling and slammed the door on our face and left yelling. Not to mention this is the manager 0.o.... More

I wanted to go to the jersey shore Labor Day weekend and decided to book at Econo Lodge. Motel and hotels closer to the beach were priced at $300 a night. This place was only $80 a night. I booked this room at least 2 weeks in advance. My friend told me that a few days after I booked, the... More

I've stayed at this Econolodge a few times, both business and pleasure (close to my clients, close to the shore). It's a nice place. It's clean. It's reasonably priced. The owners are on site working and taking care of their business, and it shows. This is not the Hotel Sofitel, nor does it pretend to be. It's a clean place... More

The room was good enough for us 4 girls to spend a weekend down the shore. It was clean and spacious and the bathroom was big enough. The AC worked just fine and it met the needs we needed for our one night stay. It was only a 15 min ride to the beach and a much better deal then... More

What a dirty place, We spent $20 on Lysol for the dirty, smelly carpet and the air filter in the AC. The refrigerator was in a cabinet and it was so full of ice in the freezer section, nothing could fit in. There is only one ice machine in the office. Would it hurt to buy toilet seat covers for... I honestly chuckle to myself while reading the poor reviews of this place. From the outside you would be a bit skeptical of its cleanliness. I was pleasantly surprised as my boyfriend and I opened the door to our room. Everything was super clean, the room was spotless and it was so comfortable! I don't know what people are talking... After my stay there I read the review from 2005. Wish I had read that review before booking this room. This place hasn't changed. The room smelled, The rug was filthy, Black hairs in the tub, Not a place I would recommend to anyone. More

Now I was born at night, but not last night...6 cars in lot at night and 6 in the morning. No beds??? This place is run on the cheap. Rooms smelled like it was just... More
